All Apple out-of-warranty parts claims will incur a shipping charge of $7.95, no exceptions

All warranty items not purchased from Jessi Group will be charged a one hour minimum for a service call, no exceptions

Warranty work-- Jessi Group is not responsible for misdiagnosis by the manufacturer. Only hardware is covered under manufacturer warranty.

Software Service-- Software service IS billable, and you will be required to pay our one hour minimum service rate of $115 per hour plus $45 travel for service at your location, or $75 per hour for service at our office. All third party equipment will be handled and serviced as per manufacturer terms and conditions packaged with the products. However any shipping or expediting will incurred a fee,and is the responsibility of the customers. Software problems are not covered by warranty.

Out of warranty work-- All labor incurred for out of warranty work is treated as service hours. Equipment (under 40 pounds) not repaired on-site will be shipped by Jessi Group via second day air UPS to the manufacturer. Larger pieces will be shipped via alternate air freight services. All freight is billable as part of the repair costs to the Customer. Turnaround time will vary by manufacturer. Freight and third-party repair charges shall be billed to Customer COD. If equipment cannot be repaired it will be returned to the Customer with detailed documentation of all work performed, expenditures to date, and a technical evaluation of the serviceability of the item. It is the responsibility of the Customers to provide suitable replacement for unrepairable equipment.

Return Policy-- Any non-defective (unopened) returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. No returns on open boxes, exchange only. NO returns on Software. NO refunds, NO Charge Backs on Credit Cards, STORE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping and handling charges ARE billed to the Customer.

Estimates-- Estimates will be billed as on-site service. If you choose to go with our quoted recomendation, we will apply 50% of the price of the estimate towards your purchase.
