Format Portfolio cases are intended for both long term storage and presentation, of both matted and un-matted prints. This style enclosure has been commonly used by professionals for many years. The traditional design of the portfolio has remained unchanged, offering a very rigid, light tight, and dust free Archival solution.
Our Format Portfolio case design features include:
- .100 thick acid free, lignin free, ph neutral binders board
- Fiber reinforced, acrylic coated, and buckram texture embossed exterior coated heavy cover material
- Metal reinforced covers applied to case exterior prior to laminating exterior cover material
- Interiors are lined with either black or white lignin free, ph neutral, acid free paper
- Back spines are double hinged to allow case to open flat. Hinges are reinforced
- Library/book hinge material for long lasting durability
