For defective items beyond 14 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
Unopened and undamaged packaging.
Opened boxes may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
What CAN’T be returned
Software, Books, headphones, and earphones.
Items marked Final Sale, Used, Consignment, Discontinued, Yesterday, or Close Out.
Custom Ordered items are not eligible for return or cancelation once order processing has begun.
Payment processing fees are non-returnable/refundable.
Fees associated with Returns
There may be a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total item value. Item value is determined at time of purchase and not time of return or refund.
Customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
Refunds and the Non-refundable Payment Processing Fees
We apologize but due to payment processors charging us non-refundable fees to process a payment we are unable to refund the Payment Processing Fee charged at checkout.
Any refunds granted will have the payment processing fees deducted from the total.
