Serviced products covered under the Apple Warranty and AppleCare Protection Plan are free of charge. All you do is bring your computer in, we fix it, and you take it home. No payment necessary1.
Out of Warranty
Your computer is out of warranty? Want to repair it? Upgrade it? Sell it? We can help you determine the best way to go. The service rate for a computer that is out of warranty is $90 per hour plus the cost of any additional parts required to get your computer fixed.
Don’t feel like coming to us? We can come to you! Mac-Ave offers an On-Site Service to customers that need assistance at home or in the work-place. For $1502 an hour for labor, a technician will work with you to fix any problems or issues you want addressed. *On-Site service also includes a travel fee of $45 an hour.
Data is lost? Or you want it Backed-Up just in case? Mac-Ave offers a back-up and recovery service!

1Apple warranty covers hardware issues only. If the product is under Warranty but the service does not qualify for warranty coverage then a standard service rate of $90/hour of labor and cost of parts is required. If a warranty repair is quoted as out-of-warranty and is refused then a service fee of up to $90 may be assessed.
2On-Site Service rate is $150 per hour with a travel fee of $45 per hour of travel.
